DISARMAMENT OF THE MUSSULMANS.

United Press Association—By Electrio 4 Telegraph—Copyright. CANDIA, September 19. Admiral Canevaro, the Italian commander, suggests the withdrawal of Turkish officials and troops from Crete, the Powers guaranteeing the Sultan's suzerainty and the protection of the lives and property of the Mussulmans. Djevad Pasha has requested tSbat the disaffected Mussulmans be allowed to surrender their arms aboard a Turkish war ship. Admiral Noel insists on his orders being strictly followed. The Sultan of Turkey is said to be furious. Later. Edhem Pasha has proclaimed the Sultan's order for the disarmament of the Moslems in the Island. The latter are complying. LONDON, September 19.
The "Standard's" Candia correspondent states that Russia and France are working against England. .
