DUNEDIN, September 20. • The furniture trade dispute has been finally settled; all the parties having oom* under the award.
In the Kaitangata miners' case it tran> spired that the Company, who was attempted to be made a party to the dispute, was now in liquidation, and the name of the present owner had not been revealed. In view of this fact the representative of "the miners withdrew the proceedings on the advice of the chairman.
