The Emperor met the Emperor of Germany at the Vienna railway station and kissed him thrice. The —mperors drove to the Hapsburg Chapel together. September 19. At the funeral of the Empress, the Emperor made a touching acknowledgment of the nation's sympathy. LONDON, September 18. Requiem masses were held in London and. the other capitals in Europe, in memory of the late Empress.
BERNE, September 18. Most of the known anarchists have been expelled from Switzerland.
An investigation proves that Luccheni executed the orders of a socialistic Association in assassinating the Empress.
