Monday, September 19. (Before A. Chalmers, Esq., J.-P.) Drunkenness.—Henry Martin and George Taylor, for beiDg drunk and disorderly, were each fined- 10s, or forty-eight hours' imprisonment; Daniel Head, for being drunk and disorderly and using obscene language, was fined 20s, or ninety-six hours' imprisonment; three first, offenders were lined ss, or twenty-four hours' imprisonment; one first offender was convicted and discharged. Vagrancy.—Vigne Jacobus, for being an idle and disorderly person without lawful visible means of support, was sentenced to two months' imprisonment. Obstructing the Police. — Robert Mitchim, for being drunk and disorderly, was fined 40s, or a fortnight's imprisonment, and for obstructing the police, was fined £5, or a month's imprisonment. Henry Charles, for obstructing the police, was fined £0, or a month's imprisonment.
