PROPOSED TESTIMONIAL TO MR TAYLOR, M.H.R.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TE___QBAM). WELLINGTON, August 30. At a meeting, held this evening it wa* resolved to present Mr T. E. Taylor, M.H.R., with a testimonial, in recognition of his labours on the Police Commission and his other services. It is proposed that the testimonial shall take the form of a presentation and address, to be given him atapublio meeting to be held in two or three weeks, time.
