Saturday, May 21. (Before G. Laurenson and J. G. Fyfe, Esqs., J.P.'s.) % Disorderly Conduct.—Louis Fredericksen was charged with being disorderly while drunk, using obscene language, and assaulting Captain Johnston of the Emma Sims. The evidence showed that the assanlt had been of a very violent character, and the accused was sentenced to seven days' imprisonment for the obscene language, to pay a fine of 40s with the alternative of fourteen days' imprisonment for the assault, &c.
