Friday, May 20. (Before D. McMillan and A. R. Inwood, Esqs., J.P.'s.) Civil Cask.—H. Vince v W. Mcllwraith, claim £9 7s sd, for grazing cattle. Defendant put in a counter claim for £1510s 6d for hire of mil chcows and,hire of harness horse. The evidence given was voluminous, and the case, on the application of the plaintiff, was adjourned eill next Court day.
