POSTAGE ON LATE FEE LETTERS.
Late fee letters posted at any Post Office or in the guards' vans on trains must bear, in addition to the ordinary postage, Id for inland letters, 2d for letters for Australia, 2£d for letters for all other places. Late letters not bearing the full postage are liable to, be delayed or surcharged double the deficiency. R. KIRTON, <■ -~.-. Chief Postmaster.
