DUNJGDIN, May 9.
At a meeting of the University Convocation the Chairman referred with regret to the deaths of Professor Parker and Mr W. M. Maskell, and it was resolved to place on record the recognition of the loss sustained to the students of Otago University, by the University of New Zealand, and the colony as a whole by the death of Professor Parker, and also the great loss sustained by the University of New Zealand through the death of the late Registrar.
