An ndjoumed general meeting of tht Lesgwe « New Zeitland Wheelmen was held '»t the Clarendon Hotel last evening. Mr A. Pi. " Several alterations in the rules of the .*<»gu« and in the rules governing "wheeling *porte" were made. Mr Pankkm, moved—•'That all racing timbers of this League must register their Mmis with the Secretary of the League, •w that a list of such racing men be sent to *1 afßliated Clubs, the charge for ewih _»gietration to be left with the Executive." Carried. Mr Lrthaby moved—" That the colours «w' raoing men as already registered be to, with the' exception that the w»tume be a knitted woollen jersey or J**«et with long sleeves, white knickers and Wflick seeks."
