TO THS EDITOR OP THIC PKKSS. Sir, —I find many shopkeepers short of halfpence to give the change in a proper way substitute a box of matches as a setoff. Now, sir, this is unfair to the pur. chaser, as twelve boxes are sold for 4£ui You see the gain of 25 per cent, on this trick. Now, sir, for my part, I never gq again into a shop where 1 get this done.-4 Yours, &c, Cash Boter.
