Sydhky, May 21. Mr Wragge gives no present hope of a break up of the drought in the interior. He say 3 the outlook is more gloomy than ever. The rain is fairly heavy in the coast districts, where it continues, but nothing of consequence has fallen elsewhere. A gale is blowing, and the sea is very rough.
