McNaught, for having a cow at large on May 13tb, and two hones on May 20th, was fined 2s 6d on each information, and 17a oosts on the first and 4e 6d costs on the other.
Civil Cases.—W. S. Smith v Jas. Smith, £3 3a 3d. Items amounting to £1 7s were disputed. Judgment for £1 16s 3d and coats Iβ. W. J. Robinson vJ. Murphy, £19 17s 4d, judgment by default with costs £1 ll»6d; same v J. W. Carson, £21.168 5.% judgment by default with cosfce £2 12s ; nauio v G. Kay, £15 9a 2d, judgment by default with costs- £1 Us 6d ; same v L. Barker, claim £29 2a 9d, Mr Lane for plaintiff, Mr Sootb. for defendant. Judgment for £19 2s, costs £2 Iβ, and solicitor's fee £11b.
