(PBKSS ASSOCIATION TBLEGBAM.) AUCKLAND, June 2. The Directors of the Huaaui Oaeaoa Goldmining Company have accepted an ofiFer to form a Company on the following terms :— Capital £150,000, purchaser* to provide a working capital of £20,000, the present shareholder's to receive £55,000 shares paid up, £4500 in cash, shares and cash to be neb, three month*' time to be allowed for flotation, £500 deposit within a month. A cablegram has beeu received, stating that the contract for the sale of the Waitai property has been signed on the terms already made public. A cablegram has been re* oeived by Mr W. H. Churton, stating that the sale of Edwin Normau'd property is completed, the price is not stated," the capital of the Company being £75,000. The property comprises 89 acres, adjoining the Jewel Company. The Directors of the Golden Fleece Goldmining Company have decided to accept the amended terms offered by chose who have undertaken to float the property on the English market. At a meeting of the Mataara Goldmining Company the Directors were empowered to acquire adjoining ground, in order to place the combined area* under offer for flotation on the London market. DUNEDIN, June 2. The Directors of the Roxburgh Mining and Sluicing Company, in their annual teport, state that the value of the gold won during the year was £8922. Six dividends of 6d per share were paid during the year, equal to nearly 17 per cent., and £150 had been put on deposit.
