The jury in the ) case of three youths named Fanlmier, Brown and Conroy, charged with breaking > and entering, were unable to agree, and were locked up for the night. The charge • against T. Schofield and P. Plancke, of breaking into the Grey tow n North Railway Station, will be taken to-morrow, and ' after that Jewell and Kennedy will be charged with the murder of Lonis Smith.
