SIE, —Iα a Wellington telegram in your issue of to-day I notice the following paragraph :—" The Manager and other officers of the Midland Railway Company have resigned their positions and taken service under the Government." This is nob the case, as only the working railways staff and line men have, with my consent, joined the (Government service. By inserting the above correction you will oblige—Yours, &c, Robert Wilson.
