ANGLICAN SYNOD.

TO TUB EDITOR OS* TUB PRESS. Sir, —It mußt really have been by an oversight that the opening of the Synod has been fixed for a date that will make it almost impossible for those of its members who have Parliamentary duties to attend to at the same time of the year to attend during session As Synod much needc the assistance that men of political experience can give, and as decisions on important questions are more satisfactory when all members are present, it is surely not too much to hope that the date for the opening will be reconsidered, and that the timehonoured month of October will be finally selected.—"Sours, &c, Synod.
