Twelve Anarchists have been arrested here, including Bustard, "who is suppoeed to be the author of the two outrages reported yesterday. The police are searching for an Anarchist who has arrived in Paris ~ from London with two bombs. He failed to secure tickets of admission to the Chamber. - Three more bombs have been found in Parie.
