Dibbs's motion to tbe effect that Mr Hindie's statement denouncing certain members ci the Assembly as drunken blackguards, was*a grosa libel on the House, waa carried by 61 to 20. Tbe House then proceeded to discuss a further motion by gir G. ft. Dibbs to reprimand Mr Hindle' for his utterance, bub the Speaker ruled that the motion was out of order, as notice must be given, conteqaently the Premier decided to drop the matter.
