SITTINGS IN DIVORCE.

His Honour sat in the divorce and matrimonial causes jurisdiction of the Court at 11 am.
KENNEDY V KENNEDY.
This was an application on the part of the wife for a judicial separation on account of cruelty.
Mr Joynt appeared for the petitioner, Mr Stringer for the husband. Mr Joynt having opened the case and called several witnesses.
After the adjournment for luncheon,
Mr Joynt said that his learned friend and himself had come to an arrangement that the order for a judicial separation should go leaving the question of alimony to be fixed by his Honour.
It was agreed that the order for a judicial separation should be made, the question of alimony to be decided by his Houour. Evidence was led on the question of alimony. After some evidence had been heard the sase stood over till February 12th.
