Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright Washington, January 26. It is .reported that President Cleveland has ordered his Excellenoy Albert S. Willis, Envoy extraordinary of the United States in Hawaii, to demand his passports unless" President Dale offers a full apology for the offensive letter sent to Washington on the subject of the crisis in Hawaii.
