Advertisements received without written orders will be inserted uatil countermanded, and charged accordingly. Advertisers in this country can remit payment by Money Orders, Postal Notes, or Postage Stamps. While every care is exerdeed In regard to the due insertion of advertisements, the Proprietors do not hold themeelvea responsible for non-insertion through accident or from other causes; and the Proprietors reserve to thomeelvea the right of omitting advertisements thats they mar deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in tbe usual course of business. Disclaimers will in all saaes be treated as advertisements, and charged accordingly. Orders to withdraw advertisements must be sent in, in writing, to the Publishing Onlce, cot later than sir o'clock cm. each day. ~ Advertisements received after tea o'clock each evening will be placed over tne leader heading and charged double rates.
