A bulletin issued l&is evening aUtes that there is no marked change in the condition: of the Duke of Clarence, though he ia somewhat better. The Dublin Corporation by a threefourths majority refused to pass & *esolutioa congratulating tite Queen and Prince of Wales on the approaching marriage of the Bake of Clarence.

LoBDOW, January 12. The medical bulletins issued yesterday respecting the health of the Duke or Clarence and A vondale were of a disquieting nature, due chiefly to his hiving passed a restless night.
