TASMANIAN EXHIBITION.
THE OPENING CEREMONY.
(PBB PRESS JLSSOCIAT ION.) BeeetTed November 25th, 11.35 a-tn. Hobart, November 24. Launcestou is crowded with visitors, who intend being present at the open* ing of the Exhibition, whioh takes place to-morrow. Received November 28th. 12.45 &.m. Lao«ckston, November 25. The Exhibition was opened to-day by the Governor of Tasmania. The ceremony, which was marked by great pomp, was witnessed by four thousand people. The Governor of Victoria was among those present. There is a splendid display at the Exhibition,, but Victoria is backward. Twelve thousand visited the Exhibition during the afternoon.
