W_LLINGTON, February 8. Sir Maurice o*Eorke has consented to act on tbe Arnaboldi Commission, but will not be appointed on the Native Commission. The third man for the latter is still -nchosen. Latbb. Sir Maurice CRorke and Dr. yon Mirbach, of Waipawa, have been appointed by the Government as the Commissioners to inquire into the charges against the Medical Officer of the Auckland Hospital.
