SHIP OPAWA.

At 3 p.m. {yesterday the New Zealand Shipping Company's fine clipper ship Opawa, commanded by Captain Hamon, arrived'in port from London after a passage of an uneventful nature. W. breeze blowing at the time, accompanied with dirty we&ther. At 2 p.oi. the following day the sliip was brought up off the North Foreland. On the 13th proceeded on the voyage agal □• and the tug was cast off at la.m. on v"he 14th. Passed the Start Lighthouse a\t noon on the loth, and was clear of the Ctf annel on the 17th November. Fair to m odtrate weather was experienced on crossing the Bay of Biscay, and the N.E. trades were picked up on November 29th, in lat. 27.16 N., long. 23.17 W. They and were lose in lat. 8.18 N., aUd lonpr. 24.57 W. on December 4th. iTor the next four days calms and variables were experienced and the S.E. trades were picked up in latitude 1.9 north, longitude 26.50 west. The equator was crossed at 11 p.m. on December 9th. The trade winds were Ught and were lost on .Oecember 17th iv latitude 19.25 south. Xtfoderate breezes were experienced to passvag the meridian Of the Cape of.Good Hope ou January 3rd, thence along the southern ocean strong southerly and westerly wl.nds were met with carrying to the passing of the Snaree On the 3lst ult. ' On the coast of New Zealand E. and N.E. winds were prevailing, and harbor was made at an early hour yesterday morning.
