WELLINGTON, February 4. A private telegram states that the yacht Maecotte left Port Underwood yesterday for Lyttelton. A telegram has been received from the captain of the yacht Pastime «QftjmiTig second money in the first class yacht race here on the ground that the Mima shifted ballast. It was disallowed, notice not having been given within the proper time*
