TcisDAY, February 3.

(Before his Honor Mr Justice Denniston.) His Honor sat in Chambers at 10.30 sum. probates, &c.i Probates were granted as under:—•Rβ F. J. Stanbury, deceased (Mr Martin); Thomas Fisher, deceased (Mr Fisher); Aperbama Te Aika, deceased (Mr Nalder); W. J. Walker, deceased (Mr Bruges); C. A. Post, deceased (Mr Stringer): B. Pentecost, deceased (Mr Helmore); D. lodd, deceased (Mr Widdowson); John Gleave, deceased (Mr Salter) ; T. J. Johnson, deceased (Mr Slater). INGLIS V IXQLIS. In this case, which was an interpleader summons, Mr Fiaher, who appeared for the plaintiff and for the Sberiil, obtained an order calling on defendant to prove his right to the chattels. DUNCAN, COTTBRILL AND MARTIN V HAMERSLEY. Mr Martin obtained an order herein for leave to serve a writ out of the colony. RE H. E. CROSSMAN. On the application of Mr Wilding his i Honor made an order granting a comtuisbion herein.
