[PKB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Reoelred February 3rd, 10.15 a.m. London, February 2. Mr Parnell, speaking at Ennis, said that in a few days they would know he had secured a really independent Parliament for Ireland, having power to settle the land question and full control of the police. Received February 3rd, 10.25 a.m. London, February 2. Mr Parnell received an ovation on his journey to Enuis. In the course of a speech he said if Ireland stood fast it would become the sovereign of its own domain, and shortly win a settlement that would be creditable to its patriotism.

Received February 4th, 12.20 a.m. London, February 3. The Times states that Messrs Parnell and O'Brieu proceed to America to collect fuuds in aid of evicted tenants in Ireland ; also, that Mr Dillon will surrender himself to the authorities to undergo the cix months' imprisonment imposed on him by the Tipper&ry Bench, on condition that the Itish party choose him as leader next; session, Mr Justin McCarthy acting in that position meanwhile. The Standard declares that the Liberal leaders, with the exception of Sir W. Haroourt, are willing to agree that an Irish Parliament shall have control of the police and the settlement of the land, but insist on the right of the Imperial veto.
