Lieut, sugar expert, in* his monthly circular, estimates the beet croduction for three months will show a decrease of 34,000 tons, and thatHhe new campaign will give a surplus of 67,000 tone. The total surplus Of cane and beet he estimates at 383^000 tons. Beoeived December 30th. 7.30 p.m. - London, December 29. Money is firmer.
