[PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Received December 30th. 1130 a.m, Melbournb, December 30. Mr Munro, Premier, has addressed a circular letter to the Governments of the other colonies, suggesting that a courteous intimation be forwarded to General Booth advising him not to allow his emigration scheme to be given effect to in Australia without Australian interests being consulted. Received December 31st, 12.50 a.m. London, December 30. General Booth denies Frank Smith's statement that the social aud religious funds of the Salvation Army were mixed.
