Maintenance.—Albert James Marquet, charged with failing to obey an order of the Court directing him to contribute to the maintenance of his wife and child, did not appear. He was sentenced to two months imprisonment, an order, to issue for his arresc Civil Casks.—Victor v Boardman, claim £5 10s 6d on judgment summons. Mr Deacon appeared for the creditor. An order was made for payment in fourteen days, or, in default, three weeks' imprisonment. Judgment went for plaintUfe by default, with costs, in Jones v Hi 1, £12; Strange and Co. v Barnes, £4 os; Wyatt v Parsons (balance), 2s 6d; Rayner v Barnes, £2 4s 0d; Luke v Hoare, 13s 6d; and v Drury, £115s. O'Brien and Co. v Daley and Strata v Blanche were adjourned till June 12th, Garrick and Co. v Thomas till JulySrd.
