SMITH V I_3SERY AND AKOTHKR. In this case Mr Stringer applied for an adjournment, as there was a .notion for discovery pending. His Honor made an order adjourning the case till April 21st. WARD AND CO. V GOLDSTONB. Mr Geo. Harper stated that his learned friend Mr Kippenberger was not prepared to go on in this case. Hr Kippenberger said that the amended statement of claim had only been served on him on Saturday. He would ask his Honor to put the case off until after the Court of Appeal. His Honor made the order for postponement as prayed. HARTLE V KING AND CO. This case, it was stated, was settled out of Court.
