LoNDOBr, April 13. The opening of the new town of Tipperary, occasioned by the evictions front Mr Smith Barry's estate, took place to-day amidst great enthusiasm. The ceremony was performed by Messrs M. Davitt aud O'Brien. The old town of Tipperary « now practically deserted.
