Colonel Shephard offers the services of one Company as a guard. The citizens are angry. Mr D. W. Pi Moafc, member for Rodney, telegraphed to Government, that if they will not give instructions for a full guard of honor ho will arrange for a Masonic escort. It is suggested'that the volunteers should be sent down by traia on Sunday evening. Overtures are now being made by the Major to the Thames Volunteers to come up and form a guard of honor on Easter Monday.
