The Customs duties coDeeted at Christchurch on Monday. Febrnary 20th, were as follows :— Spirits, £428 13s; tobacco, £38 6s 6d; wine, £63 15s 3d ; beer, £'■ 6 9s; sugar, £119 12b 3d: tea, £19 Is; goods by weight, 6*lld; ad valorem, £654 10s. Other duties, £50. Total, £13913510 d.
At the usual sitting of the Waste Lands Board, held at Christohuroh on Monday, February 20th, sales were made as follows:— Ordinary: Ashburton, 14a lr. Cash received, £28 10s.
