Mjsssbs J. T. Fobd akd Co. report noon fiieir horse sale yesterday, June Bth, as followm - • We had a large entry of horses, comprising abort 130, principally draught stock. The attendance was very large, and thehorses brought very satisfactory prices. A goodl line from the Anaraa station brought from .*<« w> j63seach. The Bacecourse Hill lot we also disposed of at fair rates. On account of Mr Mclnnes, unbroken draughts brought .£23 and J624. On account of J. Hayoon, Esq., Uβ same class of stock brought -£25 10a to £31 10s. Good weight-carrying hacks brought from Jβ 17 to .£22. and other prices satisfactory to owners. A "rara avis" in the shape of a mule ■was cold at 413. this useful bea<t commanding general admiration. Hie sale was throughout a great success, over two-thirds of the entries ; being sold, and the greatest interest being taken initby buyers generally.
