I am happy to state that the irregularity complained of is entirely done away with in the method I adopt, and I am now SUPPLYING BREAD superior to any in Christchurch. I have also made arrangements with the Public Analyst to sample and report upon my Bread at any time, which will give the public a guarantee that his analyses will be a just one.
