[BPBCIAI. TO PBESS ASSHOIV] SULEIMAN PASHA RECALLED. MONTENEGSIN DEFEAT. MrLITABY CHANGES IN FRANCE. LoKDOir, January 11. Sulieman Pasha has been recalled to Stamboul. The Turks defeated the Montenegrins at Dhuzza. The Porte has notified to the Grand Duke Nicholas its desire for an armistice. The Duke has replied that he would refer the question to St. Petersburg. The French Ministry have superseded several Generals. This action, it is believed, has reference to an intended coup d'etat.
