Dangebous Watebing Place. — The works committee have given in .tractions to have the stones replaced nt the watering place for horses at the Armagh street bridge, ne&r tbe Government Buil-irg?, and to have the incline lessened with .hinele. As it has been found that tbe large stones and shingle have become displaced more by the reckless manner in which some persons enter the river with carts, than by the action of the water, it is the intention of the committee to erect a noiic, informing those who use this place in future, that they do so at their own risk.
