SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, Ist August. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. RE DAVID ROBERTSON. On the application of Mr- Joynt, His Honor made an order fixing the last examination for September 18th. BE EDWARD HOWES DECEASED. On the application of Mr Wynn Williams, for Mr Clarke, his Honor granted letters of administration with will annexed, to Charles Clarke, as attorney for the executor and executrix named in the said will, limited to property in New Zealand. RE WILLIAM BEVTNGTON. On the application of the bankrupt his Honor made an order fixing Monday, August 11th, at noon, for first meeting of creditors. JUDGE V GILLIATT. In this case his Honor made an order that the plaintiff's declaration should be amended.
