High water at Lyttelton for the month of November: — Pate. a-m. pm. 17 ... 8.33 ... 9.02 The s.s. Keera, Captain Carey, arrived in haibor yesterday, at _ pjn., from Wellington. She left Napier on Friday night, arriving at Wellington on Monday evening ; sailed at 4.30 p.m. on Wednesday, arriving as above. She sailed for Dunedin last night. - The p.s. Luna (acting under orders we presume) got up steam on Wednesday night, 77 and proceeded to Wellington.. The Post--office authorities received no notice that she 7j was going to leave. -;"'■ The E. U. Cameron sailed for Havelock on Wednesday night. The s.s. Phoebe, Captain Worsp, arrived in harbor last night at 7.30, with the Southern members. She left Onchunga on the 7th at _.30 p.m., and anchored off Taranaki the next day at 8.30 ; sailed from thence at 1.30 p.m. and arrived at Wellington on the 9th at 8.30 a.m.; was detained by the Government until 00.16 a.m. of the 16th, arriving as above; Had strong N.W. gales across the Straits, remainder of passage light variable winds and fine weather. We have to thank Mr Pringle (purser) for files. The Phoebe sails for South this day at 9 am.
