TN ACCORDANCE with Clause 10 of tbe " Country Roads Amendment Act, 1858," the owners and occupiers of lands and tenements within this district, or their agents, are hereby required to forward to the Road Board within one calendar month from this date a statement in writing of the quantity and nature of the lands and tenements owned or occupied by such persons within this district, with the names of owners or occupiers thereof, and the estimated value to sell of such properties.
