SPLENNDID STATION PROPERTY RARE INVESTMENT. j TO AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND CAPITALISTS, STOCK OWNERS, AND OTHERS, BENMORE SHEEP STATION WRIGHT, ROBERTSON and CO. have been instructed by Messrs. M'Muhdo and Hodokinsou, to SELL by AUCTION, . in tho Long Room of the COMMERCIAL HOTEL, DUNEDIN, on FRIDAY, tho 10th APRIL, 1863, at Two o'clock, their magnificent SHEEP RUN, on the Upper Waitaki, in this Province, and well known as BENMORE STATION, Comprising:— 200,000 ACRES OF THE FINEST SHEEP COUNTRY! (copablo of carrying from 80,000 to 100,000 sheep) The whole is WATER BOUNDED, as can be soon by Map at the Office of tho Auctioneers. The Stock consists of about 16,000 SHEEP, of tho following doscripions, &c. — 2700 WETHERS, from 2-tooth and upwards. 7320 EWES, from 2-tooth and upwards. 4960 LAMBS. There aro also from 1000 to 1200 LONGTAILED LAMBS, which have not yet been marked.

CATTLE. 30 HEAD well-bred MIXED CATTLE. WORKING BULLOCKS. 4 TEAMS of SPLENDID WORKING BULLOCKS 3 TEAMS of eight bullocks each, and ono of six With bows, yokes, and chains all complete. HORSES. 19 HORSES, of wliich six aro Saddlo Horscß) tho rest are Brood Marcs and Foals An excellent Entire is running with them. THE IMPROVEMENTS Consist of— Dwelling-houso Men's dwelling-house Large store Three-stalled stablo Coal-house Fowl-house Commodious woolshed, 60 x 26, with all necessary appliances Wash pool Six paddocks, containing about 15 acres, including a five-acre cultivation paddock A small paddock adjacent to tho house, laid down in English grass A garden well stocked And Other enclosures adapted for the working of sheep station FREEHOLD PROPERTY. 20 Acres of Freehold Property in the Ohau Bush, Canterbury Province, distant 10 miles from tho Homestead, from which no timber haa as yet been cut, with an excellent road thereto. This splendid Station, admitted to be the most complete and desirable squatting property in Now Zealand, is oflbred to public competition on account of the decease of Mr. M'Murdo, ono of the partners.
