RUSSIA
A treaty of peace has been signed between Russia and Turkey. All the churches of Warsaw have been re-opened The Archbishop Felinski performed the ceremony in the cathedral, and delivered an address, in which he enjoined the congregation not to sing any of the prohibited hymns, and stated that it they would but abstain from manifestations of any kind he could guarantee the Emperor's good intentions towards Poland.
