Possession Of Tenements Refused
Judgment for defendants was given by Mr Walton, S.M., in two cases in which possession of tenements was sought in the Whakatane Court on Tuesday.
Ernest Henry Walker proceeded against Edward Smart for possession of rooms, judgment being given for the latter and the rent being fixed at £1 weekly.
Francis Cockerell was unsuccessful in an attempt to secure possession of a tenement from Sylvia Cuban and Gertrude Hollister.
