Coming Of Age Of Kutarere Girl

A large number of friends and relatives gathered in the Waiotahi Hall recently to celebrate the coming of age of Chaim, second daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Baxter, of Kutarere. Guests came from as far afield as Auckland, Rotorua, Whakatane and surrounding districts. Before presenting Chaim with the key, Mr H. Toone, in a few wellchosen words, mentioned her sweet and generous nature, her cheerfulness, and general popularity among her friends. Chaim replied.
