This Week’s Recipe

PLUM SURPRISE Here is something extra special for a dinner party or any other summer occasion. 2 large oranges 12 plums i cup honey l cup shredded coconut Peel the oranges and cut each into six slices. Cut the plums into quarters, removing pips. Roll in honey and then ,in coconut. Arrange a slice of orange on each of the six dessert plates. Place four plum quarters on top. Cover with the orange slice. If you happened to have cream, this recipe is much improved by adding a layer of cream in between the plum quarters and the orange and again on top. Decorate the dish with the remaining plum quarters.
