ERADICATION OF OPOSSUMS
(P.A.) New Plymouth, Oct. 5. Intensification of efforts by the Government to eradicate opossums in the Dominion's forests because of the damage caused by its feeding habits was urged today by the Dominion conference of the Institute of Surveyors. The reinstatement of the bounty on opossums was advocated at Iho mooting.
