CHANGES IN SOVIET CONTROL

RESHUFFLE OF POSTS ANNOUNCED Deputy Prime Minister Replaced Position In Politburo Not Defined London, March 14.

Another change in the Soviet Government has been announced today in Moscow. M. Myshinsky, a member of the Politburo, has been relieved of his duties as chairman of the State Standing and deputy Prime Minister. M. Saburov,

who is already one of the deputy Prime Ministers, has been appointed chairman of the standing commission in his place. A diplomatic correspondent says that during the war M. Myshinsky was a member of the State Defence Committee and afterwards he was the chief architect of the Russian post-war five-year plan. The decree announcing these changes said nothing about M. Myshinky’s position in the Politburo, the supreme political au .hority of the Soviet Union.
